Lamar Jackson vs. Cincinatti Bengals ($6,900)
Lamar Jackson has kicked his 2019 season off strong and gets a pretty easy task this weekend against the Cincinatti Bengals. The Bengals defense is currently allowing the 8th most fantasy points to Quarterbacks with 20.4 per game. They are giving up to 244 yards also to Quarterbacks and allowing opposing teams to score 27 points.
Lamar Jackson is averaging 26.5 fantasy points per game ranking 4th in the league while averaging 32 attempts per game. He’s also averaging a 54% red zone completion rate. Not only do the Bengals have to worry about Jackson’s passing ability but his running ability too. The dual threat Quarterback should be in store for a great game.
Dak Prescott vs. New York Jets ($6,200)
This match-up may not look as good when it’s on paper but at $6,200 Dak Prescott is looking like a good, affordable play. He’s averaging 25.3 fantasy points per game while averaging the tenth most attempts per game by a Quarterback. He also holds a 63.2 percent red zone completion rating. That offensive line also protects him pretty well as he holds a 77% clean pocket completion.
Now the New York Jets came out of the gate holding opposing teams to 113 yards per game. Two out of their four games so far this season, the Jets have held the opposing Quarterbacks to under 200 yards. Those two Quarterbacks were Josh Allen and Carson Wentz while Tom Brady and Baker Mayfield threw for over 300 yards. Prescott is surrounded by some decent weapons while having Ezekiel Elliott coming out of the backfield to help relieve some pressure.
Joe Flacco vs. Tennessee Titans ($4,800)
Looking to save salary at the Quarterback position? Joe Flacco may be that guy as he sits at $4,800 this weekend and is facing the Tennessee Titans who are giving yards up in the passing game. The Titans currently rank 10th in the NFL with their defense versus opposing Quarterbacks, giving up 227.4 yards per game. But the Titans do keep teams out of the end-zone, allowing just 15.2 points per game. They have only had two games so far where they allowed multiple touchdowns.
Joe Flacco hasn’t been the most consistent for this offense by any means, putting up over 15 DK points in three of his five starts so far and he’s also coming off of a poor performance versus the Chargers. He’s averaging 36.6 pass attempts and a red-zone completion percentage of 52% but only 5.4 per attempts per game.
